Every loan we arrange through this site is for business purposes and is secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not arrange loans for a primary residence, a second home, or any personal, family or household purpose. Our forms ask you to confirm occupancy, and requests for owner-occupied property are not accepted.
No pricing on this site
We do not advertise interest rates or pricing. Pricing depends on credit, property type, leverage, the debt service coverage ratio and market conditions, and is discussed only after a review of your specific scenario.
