This site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS #2827624) under the brand DSCR Cash-Out Refi Loan. References to we, us and our mean Loan Daddy LLC.
Information you give us
When you submit a request, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated value, requested loan amount, occupancy, any message and your consent choice.
Information collected automatically
To understand how people find us, the site stores first-visit details in your browser session storage: the landing page address, the referring page, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid when present. These are sent along with your request. Our servers also receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This site does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
How we use it
- To review your scenario and contact you about your request by email, phone or text, as you consented
- To share your scenario with wholesale lenders and investors when you ask us to shop financing
- To keep records required by law and by our licensing regulators
- To prevent fraud and spam, and to improve this site
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate (such as our customer relationship and database tools), with wholesale lenders and investors as needed to arrange your financing, and with authorities when the law requires it.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to record-keeping requirements. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws. Send requests through our request form with the word Privacy in the message.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
